There's an old one called Song of the Cuckoo. Then there's another one with two sisters called Ippuna and Kappuni. A boy comes to see Kappuni but acts lame to test how she would react. She rejects him. Then Ippuna gives him water with patchouli leaves in it and he's impressed.

NY is trying to pass a new law to ban CC lawsuits filed improperly by collection attorneys, also last year the Attorney General managed to have dismissed over 15,000 lawsuits and judgments obtained by unfair means now he want to trow out over 100,000 more, this is a big problem in New york.
I would consult with a consumer lawyer, she may be entitle to collect damages.
If that frozen account is the first notice she had about this attorney suing her the judgment is invalid and can be vacated for lack of service.
