My parents told us they would give us 10k and my husband and I were willing to put up 5k the reality was my parents put out about 11k and we spent about 4k on stuff which 15k was the budget (110 guest). But I was out of work during this and I wish I would have thought more like you when you changed your date. I spent 1k on my limo allone adn another 1k on my dress and over 100 bucks per person on bridal party gist I really wish i would have spent half or less on those things.
