Good question - I don't think graphic designers are at any greater risk than other computer desk jobs. I'm a graphic/web designer and I've worked long hours on a computer (graphic designer) for years. Decent chair - no back problems. Wrist support - no carpal tunnel. My eyes do get tired sometimes.
