I've been experiencing an issue with my web graphics... appearing grainy, pixelated and flat when viewed on a dial-up and wireless internet connection.
I compress my graphics in the normal manner ie: manually through Adobe Photoshop. All of my graphics appear just as they should when I view them via high-speed internet. I've done some research and know that dial-up and wirelss ISP's have their own unique graphic compression settings to help on download time. However, I know that the big guys ie: msn, yahoo...etc don't seem to be effected by this issue.
I would like to know how to compress my graphics for both high-speed as well as dial-up & wireless internet connections.
